Why doesn't OCR data will appear in the texboxes?

Symptom:

ScanSharp Plug-in For MARS will scan the image but no OCR data will appear in the textboxes.

Cause:

The liveupdater.exe did not shut down the scanning service while it was updating.

Resolution:

1. Shut down the scan service.

2. Browse to the install directory and launch templatePatch.exe.

3. When the patch completes live update will appear.

4. Click on the exit button to launch the scan service again.
